How far in advance should I place an order?
All orders should be placed at least one week in advance. Depending upon availability and time of year certain dates might fill up quicker than others. In other words, if you know you would like to place an order I would suggest submitting an inquiry ASAP. Last minute orders will be accommodated IF spots are still available.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer shipping. We do although offer delivery throughout New Jersey. Delivery is an additional fee of $15 within 30 miles from Iselin, NJ, $30 within 60 miles from Iselin, NJ, etc. If applicable tolls will also be added on to delivery charge.
How many layers of cake do your cakes have inside?
All custom cakes consist of 4 cake layers. If a taller cake is desired please state this in the description box on the “Custom Cake Inquiry Form”. Taller cakes with be subject to an additional charge.
Number and letter cakes whether being a cookie or cake consists of 3 cookie layers or 2 cake layers unless otherwise requested. Number and letter cakes can consist of up to 3 layers if requested, and will be subject to an additional charge.
What payments do you accept?
I accept Zelle, Venmo and cash. If Zelle or Venmo is your chosen form of payment I will send you my corresponding information.
If I am picking up an order, where are you located?
I am located in Woodbridge Township, NJ. Exact address will be given to you when your order is confirmed.
How should I store my cake after receiving?
All cakes should be kept refrigerated after receiving. Cakes can be left out for up to 4 hours at room temperature for display. If keeping your cake refrigerated, I recommend removing the cake from the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving to soften the buttercream.
How do I store macarons?
Macarons should be placed in the refrigerator or freezer if not consuming right away. Macarons will last for up to 4 days in the refrigerator and up to 1 month in the freezer. Whether in the refrigerator or freezer, please allow macarons to come to room temperature before eating.
Do you require a deposit to hold my order?
Yes, I require a 50% deposit on all orders. Your order will not be considered “placed” if a deposit is not made. This is to ensure everyone a fair chance at securing their date. The remaining 50% of your order price will be due BEFORE the time of pick-up/delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
All orders can be cancelled with at least a 5 day notice of the pick-up/delivery date. The customer will be issued a refund of their deposit or full payment if it has been paid in full. However if an order is canceled less than 5 days before the pick-up/delivery date there will be no refund of your deposit.
What if I’d like to order something I don’t see on your “products” page?
